Robinson R22 – Tail Rotor Gearbox Output Shaft Leaking

Leaking tail rotor drive shaft output seal.

Maintenance Notes

Outcome: Monitor or Deferred

Called MX and was told to wipe it off and fly it again. Didn’t leak after that flight. Squawked for them to change at 100hr. These are usually visibly dry with no leakage.
