Bell 429 - Main Rotor Bearing Delaminated

During a pre flight inspection of the main rotor head, the centrifugal elastomeric bearing on the main rotor head was found completely delaminated on the inner face. It had retracted exposing the black base layer on the core shaft which it should have been adhered to. Manifested on the previous flight as a once per rev vibration.
