Robinson R22 – Rotor RPM Sensor Magnet Loose

Student found one of the rotor RPM sensor magnets on the MR input shaft yoke was loose. This very thing has lead to an accident and creation of a service bulletin in the past. https://www.helicoptertrainingvideos.com/service-bulletin-born/
