Robinson R22 – Door Security Pin Incorrectly Installed

R22 door pin installed incorrectly

Door pin was installed backward (facing wrong way) and both legs bent (leads to fatigue and failure of pin). Should be legs facing to the rear, just be one leg bent down 45 degrees.
